The Bike Center is owned and operated by a father/daughter team! We run our business and treat our customers the way we expect to be treated in a retail store. Service is #1. You will never experience problems and delays when you come to The Bike Center. Our history in the bicycle business in St. Louis says it all. Jim's dad started his bike shop in south St. Louis in 1933, he grew up in that business and started his own in 1964 with Normandy Cycle. Through the years Jim has owned many shops in different parts of town, Maplewood, University City, Sappington, Crestwood, Chesterfield, Creve Coeur, St. Peters, and Ellisville, to name a few. In 1971, we moved to our present location in Des Peres. Come visit us and give The Bike Center a chance to earn your business.
